Policy on Artwork

POLICY

No cancelations once order is placed, we are already working on your order.

We attach insurance to all our artwork , if for some reason it is damaged or is lost in shipping refunds will take place under these terms.

Refunds can take 4-6 weeks in some cases, we have to file a claim to refund you. Refunds will then be issued via your original payment. If the product is damaged we need detailed photos.

If for some reason you are not happy with the artwork you have 10 days to ship it back at your expense. Once we receive it you will get a full refund.

SHIPPING Estimates

US .5 days processing and 4 days to deliver for loose rolled canvas

Stretched and framed 4/8 weeks to have it custom framed. About 5 days to process and other 3-4 days to deliver.

International Shipping

Loose canvas 5 day processing 14-60 days for shipping. This greatly depends on your country !

Custom framing 4/8 to have it custom framed and 14-60 days for shipping.

Shipping greatly depends on your location or if you live outside of the U.S., we are located in Houston Texas.

Over sized pieces take 5-7 days to process before they are shipped. Artwork has to be carefully packaged before it is shipped out to ensure safety. Especially framed up artwork and over sized work!
